Common use of EMERGENCY CALL-BACK PAY Clause in Contracts

EMERGENCY CALL-BACK PAY. 47.01 Employees will receive four (4) hours' pay at the applicable hourly rate of pay for all hours worked, if called in outside of their scheduled hours. This minimum does not apply when employees work into their regularly scheduled work day.
