EMERGENCY CALL-BACK PAY. 18.01 An employee who is called back for emergency work after leaving the plant after completion of his regular shift, shall receive in such circumstances, a minimum of four (4) hours of work, or four (4) hours pay at the applicable overtime rate.

This article is not applicable to overtime ratescheduled before or after a shift. If the work for which the employee is called in to perform has been completed, the employee is allowed to leave the plant.
