Common use of EMERGENCY CALL-BACK PAY Clause in Contracts

EMERGENCY CALL-BACK PAY. An employee called back to work after leaving the premises following the completion of his/her regular shift shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay based on their regular hourly rate.
