ELP Stillwater Solar Collector Substation. The ELP Stillwater Solar Collector Substation will be located approximately 100 feet northeast of Line 3 and will be comprised of the following major equipment: SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2550 • one (1) three phase, three winding, 115-34.5/13.8kV grounded wye-grounded wye, step-up transformer rated 15/20/25MVA (ONAN/ONAF/ONAF), with impedance of 9.0%; • six (6) 96kV, 76kV maximum continuous operating voltage (“MCOV”) station class surge arresters; • one (1) 115kV, 1200A, 550kV basic insulation level (“BIL”) group operated air break switch; • one (1) 115kV, 1200A, 550kV BIL, 40 kAIC SF-6 circuit breaker; • three (3) 24.4kV MCOV station class surge arresters; • one (1) 34.5kV, 1200A, 150kV BIL switchgear containing: o two (2) group operated air break switches; o one (1) 38kV, 1200A, 150kV BIL, 25kAIC vacuum circuit breaker; o three (3) 24.4kV MCOV station class surge arresters; o three (3) 38kV, potential transformers (“PTs”) 300:1; o three (3) 38kV, current transformers (“CTs”) 1200:5, C200 o one (1) 25kVA 19.9kV-120/240v station service transformer.

  • One-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.3.1 Where the Parties use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from CBB to Verizon, CBB, at CBB’s own expense, shall:

  • Two-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.4.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use Two-Way Interconnection Trunks for the exchange of traffic between Verizon and ICG, ICG shall order from Verizon, and Verizon shall provide, the Two-Way Interconnection Trunks, and the Entrance Facility on which such Trunks will ride, and transport and multiplexing, in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Verizon’s applicable Tariffs.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where EveryCall has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to EveryCall. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for EveryCall (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Initiating Interconnection 4.1 If CBB determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, CBB shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Statewide HUB Program Statewide Procurement Division Note: In order for State agencies and institutions of higher education (universities) to be credited for utilizing this business as a HUB, they must award payment under the Certificate/VID Number identified above. Agencies, universities and prime contractors are encouraged to verify the company’s HUB certification prior to issuing a notice of award by accessing the Internet (xxxxx://xxxxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/tpasscmblsearch/index.jsp) or by contacting the HUB Program at 000-000-0000 or toll-free in Texas at 0-000-000-0000.

  • Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Traffic Measurement and Billing over Interconnection Trunks 6.1 For billing purposes, each Party shall pass Calling Party Number (CPN) information on at least ninety-five percent (95%) of calls carried over the Interconnection Trunks.

  • Unbundled Sub-Loop Feeder 2.8.4.1 Unbundled Sub-Loop Feeder (USLF) provides connectivity between BellSouth's central office and cross-box (or other access point) that serves an end user location.
