287 Initiating Interconnection Clause Examples for Any Agreement

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌ 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's network to be established in the relevant LATA, in accordance with this Agreement; (c) Emergency’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of Emergency’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the Emergency’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.
Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If Onvoy determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Frontier in any LATA in which Frontier also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Onvoy shall provide written notice to Frontier of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Frontier’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) Onvoy’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of Onvoy’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Frontier shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Frontier of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Frontier’s receipt of Onvoy’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Frontier and Onvoy shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Frontier’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.
Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICG-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICG’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICG’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICG’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICG-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.
Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If Xxxxx determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Frontier in any LATA in which Frontier also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Xxxxx shall provide written notice to Frontier. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) Xxxxx date; (d) a forecast of Xxxxx 15.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Frontier shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Frontier of all necessary information as indicated Xxxxx provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Frontier and Xxxxx shall confirm LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.
Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If Talk Unlimited determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Talk Unlimited shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable Talk Unlimited-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) Talk Unlimited’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of Talk Unlimited’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of Talk Unlimited’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and Talk Unlimited shall confirm the Verizon-IP(s), the Talk Unlimited-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.
Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If First Comm determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) First Comm’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of First Comm’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of First Comm’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and First Comm shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.
Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If DISH determines to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, DISH shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) DISH’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of DISH’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of DISH’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and DISH shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.
Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If Rhythms determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Rhythms shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 5.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable Rhythms-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) Rhythms' intended Interconnection activation date; and
Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If AT&T Mobility determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Frontier in any LATA in which Frontier also offers Telephone Exchange Services, and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, AT&T Mobility shall provide written notice to Frontier of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Frontier's network to be established in the relevant LATA, in accordance with this Agreement; (c) AT&T Mobility’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of AT&T Mobility’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Frontier shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Frontier of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Frontier’s receipt of the AT&T Mobility’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Frontier and AT&T Mobility shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Frontier's network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.
Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If Reconex determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Reconex shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 5.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable Reconex-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) Reconex’s intended Interconnection activation date; and
