Elimination of Classes. Any Class of Claims that does not consist, as of the date of the Confirmation Hearing, of at least one Allowed Claim, Disputed Claim or a Claim temporarily Allowed under Rule 3018 of the Bankruptcy Rules, shall be deemed deleted from this Plan for all purposes.

Elimination of Classes. In addition to the rights granted to the Trustees in Section 8.2 to terminate a Class, at any time that there are no Shares outstanding of any particular Class previously established, the Trustees may terminate such Class and rescind the establishment thereof.
Elimination of Classes. The University reserves the right to cancel or postpone a scheduled class when the number of students scheduled to start the program is not sufficient as determined by the University.
