Eligibility for Mentorship. The Employer will provide, on a regular basis, all nurses with the opportunity to indicate their interest, in writing, to assume a mentorship role. Application forms will be available on each of the units In selecting a Mentor, the Director/designate will take into account the following skills and experience:
