Electronic Professional Responsibility Workload Report Forms. U.1 The parties agree to use the electronic version of the ONA/OHA Professional Responsibility Workload Report Form (PRWRF) at Appendix 6 of the Hospital Central Agreement. U.2 The parties agree that hard copies of the electronic PRWRF are valid for purposes of Article 8 of the Hospital Central Agreement. U.3 Electronic PRWRFs may be sent via e-mail to the applicable Manager or designate.
