Election of Remedy. In the event a member of the bargaining unit initiates an appeal under the District’s Rules and Regulations, reproduced for reference in Appendix D, or Article 5.04.F, such remedy shall be exclusive and the member shall be barred from invoking any remedy under this grievance procedure.
