Common use of Election Judge Leave Clause in Contracts

Election Judge Leave. An employee serving as an Election Judge in any statewide primary or general election or in an election to fill a vacancy in the office of a representative in Congress shall be eligible for paid leave for all normal work hours the employee serves as an election judge.

Election Judge Leave. An employee serving as an Election Judge in any statewide primary or 3 general election or in an election to fill a vacancy in the office of a representative in Congress 4 shall be eligible for paid leave for all normal work hours the employee serves as an election 5 judge.
