EFFECT OF THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT. This Supplemental Agreement supplements the terms of the Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement and unless otherwise specified in this Supplemental Agreement, the Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
EFFECT OF THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT. Following the Closing Date, the definitions set forth in this Supplemental Agreement will apply with full force and effect to the License to Inhale for all purposes. The effect of this Supplemental Agreement is to clarify and broaden the scope of the license granted by Alliance to Inhale under the License to Inhale. As amended by this Supplemental Agreement, the License to Inhale remains in full force and effect.

Following the Closing Date, the definitions set forth in this Supplemental Agreement will apply with full force and effect to the License to Alliance for all purposes. The effect of this Supplemental Agreement is to amend and clarify the scope of the license granted by Inhale to Alliance under the License to Alliance. As amended by this Supplemental Agreement, the License to Alliance remains in full force and effect.
EFFECT OF THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT. Following the Closing Date, the definitions set forth in this Supplemental Agreement will apply with full force and effect to the PDRA for all purposes. The effect of this Supplemental Agreement is to amend, clarify, and limit the scope of the product development rights granted by Inhale to Alliance under the PDRA. As amended by this Supplemental Agreement, the PDRA remains in full force and effect.
EFFECT OF THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT. Following the Closing Date, the definitions set forth in this Supplemental Agreement will apply with full force and effect to the Escrow Agreement for all purposes. The effect of this Supplemental Agreement is to clarify and broaden the scope of Alliance’s obligations under the Escrow Agreement. As amended by this Supplemental Agreement, the Escrow Agreement remains in full force and effect.
EFFECT OF THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT. 3.1 This Supplemental Deed is and shall be construed as supplemental to the Deed of Charge of Inventories, and the Deed of Charge of Inventories and this Supplemental Deed shall be read and construed as one document and references to “this Deed of Charge of Inventories” in the Deed of Charge of Inventories and shall be construed accordingly.
EFFECT OF THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT. This Supplemental Agreement supplements the terms of the 2033 Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement and unless otherwise specified in this Supplemental Agreement, the 2033 Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The US Guarantor shall be subject to the terms of the 2033 Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement and the Conditions, as amended herein, and assumes the obligations under the Amended US Guarantee, the 2033 Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement and the Conditions.
EFFECT OF THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT. The Agreement shall be modified in accordance with this Supplemental Agreement, and this Supplemental Agreement shall form a part of the Agreement for all purposes; and every Holder of Certificates heretofore or hereafter authenticated, executed on behalf of the Holders and delivered thereunder, shall be bound hereby.
EFFECT OF THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT. Each of the parties hereto hereby acknowledges and agrees that on and prior to the date hereof each Former US Guarantor is subject to the provisions of Section 6(a) of the 2033 Notes as if it were a guarantor named therein. This Supplemental Agreement supplements the terms of the 2033 Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement and unless otherwise specified in this Supplemental Agreement, the 2033 Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The US Guarantor shall be subject to the terms of the 2033 Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement and the 2033 Notes as if the US Guarantor had been named therein as a Former US Guarantor.
EFFECT OF THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT. This Supplemental Agreement supplements the terms of the 2033 Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement and unless otherwise specified in this Supplemental Agreement, the 2033 Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. PLC shall be subject to the terms of the 2033 Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement as if PLC had been named therein as the Finance Guarantor.
