Effect of Invalid Provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect or limit the validity or enforceability of any other provision hereof and such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be construed or deemed amended by the parties only to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

If any provision of this Agreement, or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance, shall be held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement, or the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.

If any term, provision, paragraph or clause of this Agreement or any application thereof shall be invalid or unenforceable for any reason in any particular jurisdiction, the remainder of this Agreement or any other application of such term, provision, paragraph or clause shall not be affected thereby in such jurisdiction (where such remainder or application shall be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable term, provision, paragraph or clause had not been inserted), and this Agreement and such application of such term, provision, paragraph, or clause shall not, in any manner, be affected in any other jurisdiction.
Effect of Invalid Provision. If any provision of this Agreement or any portion thereof, shall, to any extent be held invalid, inoperative or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby; it shall not be deemed that any such invalid provision affects the consideration for this Agreement; and each provision of this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. No waiver by either party at any time, express or implied, of any breach of any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of a breach of any other provision of this Agreement or a consent to any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
Effect of Invalid Provision. All terms and conditions hereof are severable and the invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any term or condition shall not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
