Effect of Invalidity. If any term or provision of this Agreement or the application thereof to any person or circumstance shall, to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement, or the application of its terms and provisions to persons and circumstances other than those to which it has been held invalid or unenforceable shall not be affected thereby, and each term and provision of this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Effect of Invalidity. The invalidity in whole or in part of any provision hereof shall not affect the validity of any other provision.
Effect of Invalidity. This Agreement shall be subject to all future and present applicable federal and state laws. Should any provision or provisions become unlawful by virtue of the declaration of any court of competent jurisdiction, such action shall not invalidate the entire Agreement. Any provisions of this Agreement not declared invalid shall remain in full force and effect for the life of the Agreement. If any provision is held invalid, the parties hereto shall enter into collective bargaining negotiations for the purpose of arriving at a mutually satisfactory replacement for such provision.
Effect of Invalidity. If any provision of this Agreement is prohibited by law or otherwise determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the provision that would otherwise be prohibited, invalid or unenforceable shall be deemed amended to apply to the broadest extent that it would be valid and enforceable, and the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement so long as this Agreement as so modified continues to express, without material change, the original intentions of the Parties as to the subject matter hereof and the prohibited nature, invalidity or unenforceability of the provision(s) in question does not substantially impair the respective expectations or reciprocal obligations of the Parties or the practical realization of the benefits that would otherwise be conferred upon the Parties. The Parties will endeavor in good faith negotiations to replace the prohibited, invalid or unenforceable provision(s) with a valid provision(s), the effect of which comes as close as possible to that of the prohibited, invalid or unenforceable provision(s).
Effect of Invalidity. Should any part of this Agreement, for any reason, be declared invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion, which remaining portion shall remain in force and effect as if this Agreement had been executed with the invalid portion thereof eliminated.
Effect of Invalidity. 17.1.1 If at any time any provision of this Agreement is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of this Agreement which shall remain in full force and effect.
Effect of Invalidity. If at any time any provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, that shall not affect or impair:
Effect of Invalidity. If any of the provision of this Agreement should be held invalid by operation of law or by any court of competent jurisdiction, or by a decision of the Public Employment Relations Board, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
Effect of Invalidity. In the event that any provision of the Purchase Order conflicts with the law under which the Purchase Order is to be construed or if any such provision is held invalid by an arbitrator or a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed to be modified to reflect as nearly as possible the original intention of the parties in accordance with applicable law. The remainder of the Purchase Order shall remain in full force and effect.
Effect of Invalidity. Any term or provision of this Agreement which is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without rendering invalid or unenforceable the remaining terms and provisions of this Agreement or affecting the validity or enforceability of any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement in any other jurisdiction. If any provision of this Agreement is so broad as to be unenforceable, such provision shall be interpreted to be only so broad as is enforceable.
