Common use of Educational Assistance Plan Clause in Contracts

Educational Assistance Plan. Upon an employee’s successful completion of a course that has been pre-approved for the employee by the Company, the Company will reimburse the employee, upon submission of receipts, for fifty percent (50%) of the cost of registration fees, tuition fees, examination fees and prescribed textbooks. The course or courses must be directly related to the employee’s present or future work with the Company, normally leading to a degree or certificate.
