Common use of DUTY EXPENSES Clause in Contracts

DUTY EXPENSES. Approved expenses in the line of duty shall be reimbursed as outlined in the County's General Travel Policy for all County employees but, notwithstanding the above, shall not exceed $8.50 for lunch. This increase shall take effect after execution of the Contract by the parties. In order for the employee to be reimbursed, a receipt must be provided within thirty (30) days of the expense.
