Common use of Duty Death Clause in Contracts

Duty Death. Depending on single/family enrollment status, the cost of coverage for the surviving spouse of an employee receiving a duty death pension, under either Section 36.05(5) of the ERS Act or Chapter 35.01(34) of the Milwaukee City Charter, shall be as follows:
