Common use of Duty Death Clause in Contracts

Duty Death. (1) A surviving spouse who becomes eligible to receive a pension under the provisions of either Section 36.05(5) of the ERS Act or Chapter 35.01(34) of the Milwaukee City Charter, on or after January 1, 2018, shall be entitled to the health care coverage provided in subsections of 1.a. of this Article, above, between January 1, 2018, and December 31, 2020, so long as the surviving spouse continues to receive such pension and is less than age 65.

Duty Death. (1) A surviving spouse who becomes eligible to receive a pension under the provisions of either Section 36.05(5) of the ERS Act or Chapter 35.01(34) of the Milwaukee City Charter, on or after January 1, 2018, shall be entitled to the health care coverage provided in subsections of 1.a. of this Article, above, between January 1, 20182021, and December 31, 20202021, so long as the surviving spouse continues to receive such pension and is less than age 65.

Duty Death. (1) A surviving spouse who becomes eligible to receive a pension under the provisions of either Section 36.05(5) of the ERS Act or Chapter 35.01(3434.01(34) of the Milwaukee City Charter, on or after January 1, 2018, 2021 shall be entitled to the health care coverage provided in subsections of 1.a. of this Article, above, between January 1, 2018, 2021 and December 31, 20202022, so long as the surviving spouse continues to receive such pension and is less than age 65.

(1) A surviving spouse who becomes eligible to receive a pension under the provisions of either Section 36.05(5) of the ERS Act or Chapter 35.01(3434.01(34) of the Milwaukee City Charter, on or after January 1, 2018, 2017 shall be entitled to the health care coverage provided in subsections of 1.a. of this Article, above, between January 1, 2018, 2017 and December 31, 2020, so long as the surviving spouse continues to receive such pension and is less than age 65.

Duty Death. (1) A surviving spouse who becomes eligible to receive a pension under the provisions of either Section 36.05(5) of the ERS Act or Chapter 35.01(34) of the Milwaukee City Charter, on or after January 1, 20182017, shall be entitled to the health care coverage provided in subsections of 1.a. of this Article, above, between January 1, 20182017, and December 31, 20202017, so long as the surviving spouse continues to receive such pension and is less than age 65.

(1) A surviving spouse who becomes eligible to receive a pension under the provisions of either Section 36.05(5) of the ERS Act or Chapter 35.01(3434.01(34) of the Milwaukee City Charter, on or after January 1, 20182007, shall be entitled to the health care coverage benefits provided in subsections of 1.a. or 1.b. of this Article, above, Article between January 1, 20182007, and December 31, 20202009, so long as the surviving spouse continues to receive such pension and is less than age 65.

(1) A surviving spouse who becomes eligible to receive a pension under the provisions of either Section 36.05(5) of the ERS Act or Chapter 35.01(34) of the Milwaukee City Charter, on or after January 1, 20182007, shall be entitled to the health care coverage benefits provided in subsections of 1.a. or 1.b. of this Article, above, Article between January 1, 20182007, and December 31, 20202009, so long as the surviving spouse continues to receive such pension and is less than age 65.

Duty Death. (1) A surviving spouse who becomes eligible to receive a pension under the provisions of either Section 36.05(5) of the ERS Act or Chapter 35.01(3434.01(34) of the Milwaukee City Charter, on or after January 1, 2018, 2013 shall be entitled to the health care coverage provided in subsections of 1.a. of this Article, above, between January 1, 2018, 2013 and December 31, 20202016, so long as the surviving spouse continues to receive such pension and is less than age 65.

Duty Death. (1) A surviving spouse who becomes eligible to receive a pension under the provisions of either Section 36.05(5) of the ERS Act or Chapter 35.01(34) of the Milwaukee City Charter, on or after January 1, 20182013, shall be entitled to the health care coverage provided in subsections of 1.a. of this Article, above, between January 1, 20182013, and December 31, 20202014, so long as the surviving spouse continues to receive such pension and is less than age 65.

Duty Death. (1) A surviving spouse who becomes eligible to receive a pension under the provisions of either Section 36.05(5) of the ERS Act or Chapter 35.01(34) of the Milwaukee City Charter, on or after January 1, 20182015, shall be entitled to the health care coverage provided in subsections of 1.a. of this Article, above, between January 1, 20182015, and December 31, 20202016, so long as the surviving spouse continues to receive such pension and is less than age 65.
