Duties of Owner and Owner’s Agent. No general or limited partner, officer, director, principal employee, agent, affiliate or shareholder of Owner shall be personally liable for the performance of Owner’s obligations under this Agreement. The liability of Owner for Owner’s obligation under this Agreement shall be limited to Owner’s interest in the Venue, and Artist shall not look to any of Owner’s other assets for enforcement or satisfaction of any such obligation, nor shall Artist seek recourse for such enforcement or satisfaction against any general or limited partner, officer, director, principal, employee, agent, affiliate or shareholder of Owner.
