Duties of Company. Commencing on the Effective Date as set forth in the Quote, Company shall provide the following services with respect to any Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), premium conversion plans, or qualified transit and parking plans as selected by Client (collectively “Benefit Spending Accounts“):
