Organizational Summary Clause Samples
The Organizational Summary clause provides a concise overview of the structure, key personnel, and operational framework of a company or entity involved in the agreement. Typically, it outlines the main departments, leadership roles, and reporting lines, and may include information about the entity’s mission or core activities. This clause helps all parties understand the organizational context and ensures clarity about who is responsible for various obligations under the contract.
Organizational Summary. Within the first two weeks of each calendar quarter, and immediately upon responsible party contact changes, Company shall update any organizational and contact details that may have changed and which include, but are not limited to: corporate name, corporate owners, address, main telephone number, web site URL, iQcenter administrator, IT manager, marketing manager, sales manager, Certified Professional Instructor, or Authorized Instructor, and any additional relevant employee names and their responsibilities as appropriate. (The complete set of required organizational data is found on the Certiport web site under the “Contacts” sub-tab found in the “Org Profile” tab while logged in using the Organization Administrator role.) Furthermore, Company agrees to add the contact details of new full-time employees who will be organizational contact points to Company’s organizational details on the Certiport web site upon their hire.
Organizational Summary. The Respondent shall submit a summary of no more than five (5) pages summarizing the Respondent organization's overall qualifications and experience to carry out a contract of this nature and scope. If more than five (5) pages are provided, only the first five (5) pages will be considered. In addition to the summary, the information in Sections 5.3.1.2 through 5.3.10 is required; however, it will not count against the five (5) page limit.
