During the YESS. The Union shall have the right to address all employees prior to the session commencing and Union representation shall be present during the entire process. - All vacancies/postings and the current seniority list shall be displayed for all employees to see at the session. - All employees in order of seniority shall be given the following options: remain in current position, claim a vacancy, or invoke their right to bump if they are in layoff. - All vacancies resulting from movement shall be offered in order of seniority during the staffing session. - If an employee is not in attendance, and no proxy has been given, the employee is unable to claim a position subsequent to the YESS.
