Dues Deductions. Dues Deductions. The Lodge University agrees to deduct F.O.P. dues bi-weekly from each Police Officer covered by this unit, as defined herein, who furnishes a voluntary, written authorization for such deduction, on a form acceptable to the University. Dues Deductions. The Lodge and Labor Council Employees may sign up for Payroll Deductions of Local 3800 dues with Local 3800. Local 3800 will notify certify to the City in writing any new members of Local 3800. City agrees to deduct dues as established by Local 3800, and premiums for approved insurance programs from the salaries of Local 3800 members.
