Dredge Operation. Dredging will be performed so that the dredge excavates OCS sand resources to an overall cut depth not to exceed that approved in the Project borrow design plan (the “overdredge” limit as shown in Attachment 1).

Dredge Operation. The County and/or its agents will ensure that the contractors conduct all dredging operations in accordance with the ECM. The final, approved Plan (required pursuant to Paragraph 1) will include provisions designed to maximize efficiency and conservation of the resource during the removal of sand from Borrow Area A. Any modification to this Plan will be coordinated with BOEM for approval prior to commencement of dredging. The purpose of these provisions is to conserve and avoid “wasting” sediment in Borrow Area A that could be used now and in the future.
Dredge Operation. Dredging will occur preferentially in naturally accreting areas of XX XX and dredging will be avoided in erosional areas of the shoal to the extent possible. If a xxxxxx dredge is used, dredging will be performed so that the xxxxxx dredge excavates material using relatively shallow, uniform passes to an overall cut depth not to exceed that permitted under the Florida JCP Final Order addressing sand compatibility requirements. The USACE will use the methods necessary to maintain the relative profile and shape of the sand shoal complex to the extent practicable, as determined by the USACE, to avoid creating deep depressions or pits.
Dredge Operation. The Lessee will ensure that any contractors conduct all dredging operations in accordance with the ECM. The final approved Plan (required pursuant to Stipulation 1) will include provisions designed to balance efficiency and conservation of the resource during the removal of sand from the OCS Borrow Area. Any modification to this Plan will be coordinated with BOEM for approval prior to commencement of dredging. The purpose of these provisions is to conserve and avoid wasting sand in the OCS Borrow Area that could be used to nourish the beach now and in the future. The lessee will conduct all dredging operations in accordance with requirements outlined in the ECM. Any modification to this Plan will be submitted to BOEM for review prior to commencement of dredging (pursuant to Stipulation No.2).

  • Co-operation 1. The Parties shall take all appropriate and necessary measures to ensure fulfilment of the obligations and objectives arising out of this programme agreement.

  • Shift Operation When a three (3) shift operation is established by the Employer, the following conditions will apply: Those employees working on the day shift shall work eight (8) hours at the straight time rate. Those employees working on the afternoon shift shall work seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours per shift. A shift differential of one-seventh (1/7) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked. Those employees working on the night shift shall work seven (7) hours per shift.   • Direct Operation System Agency may temporarily assume operations of a Grantee’s program or programs funded under this Contract when the continued operation of the program by Xxxxxxx puts, at risk, the health or safety of clients and/or participants served by Grantee.

  • School Operations The School’s governing board shall be solely responsible for the operation of the school and exercise continuing oversight over the School’s operations. The School’s governing board will define and refine policies regarding educational philosophy, and oversee assessment and accountability procedures to assure that the School’s student performance standards are met or exceeded.

  • Safe Operations Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an NTO may take, or cause to be taken, such action with respect to the operation of its facilities as it deems necessary to maintain Safe Operations. To ensure Safe Operations, the local operating rules of the ITO(s) shall govern the connection and disconnection of generation with NTO transmission facilities. Safe Operations include the application and enforcement of rules, procedures and protocols that are intended to ensure the safety of personnel operating or performing work or tests on transmission facilities.

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operations, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others on the Airport. Company will provide all services under this Agreement on a fair and reasonable basis to all users of the Airport. Service will be prompt, courteous and efficient.

  • AREA OF OPERATION This agreement shall operate throughout the State of Western Australia.

  • Health Care Operations Health Care Operations shall have the meaning set out in its definition at 45 C.F.R. § 164.501, as such provision is currently drafted and as it is subsequently updated, amended or revised.
