Drawing on Future Sick Leave Credits. A) The Employer may allow an employee to draw on her future sick leave credits to a maximum of thirty (30) days. If the employee terminates employment or retires, any overdrawn amount owing will be recovered. If the reason for an employee’s separation from the public service is the employee’s death, no amount respecting sick leave credits is to be deducted from any monies owing him by the Employer.
