Common use of Donated Days Clause in Contracts

Donated Days. 8-11-1 The classified employee must exhaust all leave i.e. sick, personal, annual leave, and sick bank days before coming to the Sick Leave Committee. The classified employee request for donated days shall be reviewed by the Sick Leave Committee, which will follow the guidelines as set forth by Sick Leave Bank protocol, as stated in Article 8-9.
