Documented Walkthroughs. The evaluator shall conduct two (2) to five (5) documented walkthroughs for purposes of the annual evaluation. A copy of the document summarizing the time, date, and comments on the walkthrough shall be given to, or sent to the Member in written form within seven (7) school calendar days after the walkthrough. Documented Walkthroughs a. Documented walkthroughs are unannounced, but must occur during the educator’s contractual day. At least two (2) documented walkthroughs shall occur for an evaluation, one each semester. A documented walkthrough shall be no more than fifteen (15) minutes.
