DOCUMENTATION TO BE PROVIDED TO THE UNION. 3-3.01 The Board shall, within eight (8) working days of their issuance, transmit to the union, copies of all information concerning one or more groups of teachers, provided that this information is readily available and has not been declared confidential prior to the request by the union. This includes updated information. 3-3.02 Furthermore, throughout the school year, documentation shall be supplied to the union according to the following schedule. The timeline will be updated on an annual basis.
