Documentation of Business Status. The CONTRACTOR shall submit to the Contract Manager copies of all licenses, accreditations, certifications, sanctions, and any other documents that may reasonably be required as specified by the DEPARTMENT. If the CONTRACTOR conducts business in Delaware, the CONTRACTOR must possess a valid Delaware Business License, obtainable from the State of Delaware Division of Revenue. The CONTRACTOR shall submit a copy of the license at the time of signature of the Contract; provided, however, that if the CONTRACTOR is a non-profit organization, the CONTRACTOR shall instead submit, at the time of signature of the Contract, written approval from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service of this non-profit status.

  • Pricing Instrument; Execution and Incorporation of Terms The parties hereto will enter into this Indenture by executing the Pricing Instrument. By executing the Pricing Instrument, the Indenture Trustee, the Registrar, the Transfer Agent, the Paying Agent, the Calculation Agent and the Trust hereby agree that the Indenture will constitute a legal, valid and binding agreement between the Indenture Trustee, the Registrar, the Transfer Agent, the Paying Agent, the Calculation Agent and the Trust. The Sub-Recipient shall ensure the collection and maintenance of all program related information and documentation on any such system designated by the AAAPP. Maintenance includes valid exports and backups of all data and systems according to AAAPP standards.
