District Revocation. If Licensee has failed to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to a Permit, the District may revoke such Permit if the District gives Licensee by giving thirty (30) days written notice to Licensee specifying the reason for revocation and Licensee fails to cure such non-compliance within the thirty (30) day notice period.
