District Offices Sample Clauses
District Offices a. The Insurer shall set up an office in each of the districts of the State/UT of [insert name of State/UT] at the district headquarters of such district (each a District Office) within given timelines.
b. Each District Office shall be responsible for coordinating the Insurer’s activities at the district level with the SHA’s district level administration.
District Offices. The PFD hereby reserves the right to exclusively use the District Offices. The location of the District Offices shall only be changed with the approval of both Parties, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The PFD shall not display any advertising signage promoting any third party anywhere within or about the District Offices that is visible outside the District Offices without written approval of the Club, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
