Disputed gaming wins. (a) Any dispute between the Operator and a patron as to the validity or otherwise of a gaming win shall be referred to the Director for resolution. The Director's decision shall be final, and for the purposes of clause 7.2(n) once the Director's decision has been made and notified to the Operator, the validity or otherwise of the gaming win shall be deemed not to be in dispute.

  • Disputed Invoices If the Trader or the Distributor disputes a Tax Invoice (which includes a Revision Invoice) issued under this clause 9, the party disputing the invoice ("Disputing Party") must notify the other party ("Non-disputing Party") in writing and provide details as to the reasons why the Disputing Party disputes that invoice within 18 months of the date of the first Tax Invoice issued in respect of the Distribution Services charges the subject of the disputed Tax Invoice ("Invoice Dispute"). On receiving an Invoice Dispute notice, the Non-disputing Party must:

If the applicable party shall fail to deliver the Memorandum in Opposition as required above, or if the other party fails to deliver the Reply Memorandum as required above, then the applicable party shall lose its right to so deliver the same, and the Dispositive Motion shall proceed regardless.
