Settlement Discussions definition

Settlement Discussions has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(d).
Settlement Discussions means the mediation session conducted by Xxxxx Xxxxxx at JAMS in Washington, D.C. in person on December 9, 2009 and the subsequent telephonic and written settlement communications between and among the Parties and the mediator.
