Approved User A user approved by the relevant Data Access Committee(s) to access one or more datasets for a specified period of time and only for the purposes outlined in the Principal Investigator (PI)’s approved Research Use Statement. The Information Technology (IT) Director indicated on the Data Access Request, as well as any staff members and trainees under the direct supervision of the PI are also Approved Users and must abide by the terms laid out in the Data Use Certification Agreement.

LICENCE FEE PARAMETERS 13.1 The Licensee must within 30 days of the last day of each Licence Year, for purposes of calculating the Licence Fee payable, provide SAMRO with a Licence Parameter Return ( available on the SAMRO website), indicating any and all changes to the licence parameters set out in this Agreement.
SINGLE-USE PRODUCTS The Board of County Commissioners has established a single-use products and plastic bags policy intended to reduce the use of products which have become globally recognized as having lasting negative impacts on the environment. Neither single-use products nor plastic bags may be sold or disbursed on County property by staff or contracted vendors, except as set forth in Orange County Administrative Regulation 9.01.03. Failure to comply with the Regulation may result in termination of the contract or other contractual remedies, and may affect future contracting with the County. The use of reusable, recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials is encouraged.

Third Party Products and Services Through its Product(s), Palo Alto Networks may make available to you third-party products or services (“third-party apps”) which contain features designed to interoperate with our Products. To use such features, you must either obtain access to such third-party apps from their respective providers or permit Palo Alto Networks to obtain access on your behalf. Use Cases Subscription Services are provided for Software only when used for its supported purpose (“Use Case”). The Use Case determines which Subscription is required and what fees are charged. If you use or deploy the Software in a manner contrary to a supported Use Case, you are responsible for purchasing the appropriate Subscription(s) to cover such usage. For example, if you are using a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop Subscription as a server, you are obligated to purchase a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Subscription.
Existing Products 1. Hardware - Title and ownership of Existing Hardware Product shall pass to Authorized User upon Acceptance.
Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.
