DISPOSAL OF MATERIAL OUTSIDE PROJECT AREA. 4.7.1. To the extent that Xxxxxx discovers any hazardous materials, it shall bring the existence of such hazardous materials to Buyer’s attention and Buyer shall dispose and pay for the proper disposal of such hazardous materials.

  • Project Area The Project Area is the incorporated area of the City of San Xxxx.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.

  • SIGNIFICANT LANDS INVENTORY FINDING Find that this activity is consistent with the use classification designated by the Commission for the land pursuant to Public Resources Code section 6370 et seq.
