DISCIPLINE WHICH MAY LEAD TO SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION. In all disciplinary meetings that the Employer believes might lead to suspension or termination, the Employer shall notify the affected employee that he/she has the option to request Union representation at the interview. Employees have a right to object to warnings they believe are unjust, following the procedures outlined in Section 8 (Grievance Procedure) of this Agreement.

  • Termination This Agreement may be terminated at any time prior to the Closing:

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
