Discipline of Probationary Unit Members. Probationary classified unit members are not accorded the rights of regular permanent classified unit members. Probationary classified unit members shall be given reasonable separation notice and the right to request a conference with the District Director of Human Resources if dismissal is recommended. Probationary classified unit members may be dismissed at any time.

A meeting between the Employer and the Union shall be held within five (5) work days of the presentation of the written grievance and shall take place within the framework of Step 3 of Article 22.05
