Discharger List. IDEQ and EPA will input current data into the ICIS-NPDES database for all major and minor facilities for which they are responsible (i.e., those agreed upon in a PPA, Compliance Monitoring Strategy (CMS) plan, etc.). A domestic major facility is a facility classified by IDEQ or EPA (40 CFR §122.2) as a major discharger based on a design treatment plant flow of at least 1.0 MGD, an approved Pretreatment Program, a high potential for violation of water quality standards, or poses a potential or actual threat to human health or the environment. A nondomestic major facility is a facility classified by IDEQ or EPA (40 CFR §122.2) as a major facility based on the IPDES Permit Rating Work Sheet that is based on EPA's NPDES Permit Rating Work Sheet, plus any additional dischargers that, at the discretion of IDEQ or EPA, should be classified as a major due to a high potential for violation of water quality standards and/or a history of chronic violations.

  • Discharge Grievance (a) An employee shall only be discharged from the employment for just cause, except that an employee who has not completed the probationary period may be released based on a fair and proper assessment against reasonable standards of performance and suitability. An allegation of action contrary to this clause may be taken up as a grievance. If a Supplier engages in Offending Behaviour, ACM may suspend or terminate this Milk Supply Agreement.

  • DISCHARGE CASES 10.01 In the event of an Employee who has attained seniority being discharged from employment, and the Employee feeling that an injustice has been done, the case may be taken up as a grievance.

  • DISCHARGE AND DISCIPLINARY ACTION 10.01 A claim by an employee that they have been discharged or suspended, without just cause, shall be a proper subject for a grievance. Such a grievance shall be submitted in writing to the Employer at Step Two within ten (10) working days after the employee receives notice that they have ceased to work for the Employer or has been notified of the suspension, as the case may be. Notwithstanding the time limits contained in Article 9.03 Step Two, the Parties will meet in an attempt to resolve the grievance within five (5) working days of said grievance being filed at Step Two.
