Work Sheet definition

Work Sheet shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 5.1.
Work Sheet means a document provided by us acknowledging that all Goods and / or Services pursuant to an Order have been provided.
Work Sheet means a detailed sheet specifying the precise manner in which the Work shall be performed at the LAB, which shall include, among others, the Company’s SOPs. Such Work Sheet and any amendment thereto shall be subject to the prior approval of the SOG with respect to the GMP related aspects. Such approval shall not be construed so as to derogate from the Company’s responsibilities hereunder. The current Work Sheet is attached hereto as Schedule B to this Agreement.

Examples of Work Sheet in a sentence

  • For purposes of this paragraph “Impositions” means all taxes, including personal property taxes and fees, without pro-ration as described in the Financial Disclosure Summary Work Sheet (Attachment 1) hereafter imposed, assessed or payable during the term of the relevant Schedule including any extension thereof.

More Definitions of Work Sheet

Work Sheet has the meaning specified in Section 1 of this Agreement.
Work Sheet means the document headed “Work Sheet" completed by the Supplier and which refers therein to these terms and conditions.

Related to Work Sheet

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Project Description means the document that describes the Project's Reduction activities and that uses either the VCS Project Description Template or the project description template specified by the relevant Approved GHG Program;

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • Team Sheet means a form provided by the Competition on which the names of the Players taking part in a Competition match are listed.

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Cover Sheet means the cover sheet to this Agreement, completed by Seller and incorporated into the Agreement.

  • Job description means a written specification of the function of a position, duties and responsibilities, the extent and limits of authority, and work relationships within and outside the school and school district.

  • Data Sheet means an integral part of the Instructions to Consultants (ITC) Section 2 that is used to reflect specific country and assignment conditions to supplement, but not to over-write, the provisions of the ITC.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Work space means that portion of the court’s facilities dedicated to each court reporter, including but not limited to actual space in the courtroom and any designated office space.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.

  • Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Product Description means the description of each Hospitality Package, or series of Hospitality Packages which are the subject of any Confirmation of Purchase.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.
