Detariffing. If, during the term of this Agreement, AT&T cancels or ----------- withdraws any portion of Tariff F.C.C. No. 12 applicable to AT&T's provision of VTNS to CIS as authorized or required by any statute, rule, regulation or order of a governmental body of competent jurisdiction, then all references herein to Tariff F.C.C. No. 12 shall mean the successor document or documents governing the provision of VTNS to CIS.
