Designation of Stewards and Designee. The Company agrees to recognize 2 stewards and/ 1 business representative designees. In the event a xxxxxxx’x or a business representative designee’s assigned area of responsibility is de-scoped from the LASSO contract, the number of stewards and business representatives designees shall be reduced by the number assigned to that area of responsibility, provided that the number of business representative designees shall not fall below four (4). Before any other change to the number previously agreed upon can occur, a meeting between the Company's Labor Relations Manager and the Union's Business Manager shall be held. No unilateral change may be made to the numbers so recognized. The stewards and designees shall be employees of the Company. The Union will provide the Company, on a current basis, a list in writing of the names of the accredited stewards, designees, and their assigned areas of responsibility. The Union shall also inform the Company in writing of the names of its officers and business representatives accredited to represent it. Such information shall be kept up-to-date by notifying the Company of each change.

  • Domain and Designation The Top-Level Domain to which this Agreement applies is (the “TLD”).   • CERTIFICATION PROHIBITING DISCRIMINATION AGAINST FIREARM AND AMMUNITION INDUSTRIES (Texas law as of September 1, 2021) By submitting a proposal to this Solicitation, you certify that you agree, when it is applicable, to the following required by Texas law as of September 1, 2021: If (a) company is not a sole proprietorship; (b) company has at least ten (10) full-time employees; (c) this contract has a value of at least $100,000 that is paid wholly or partly from public funds; (d) the contract is not excepted under Tex. Gov’t Code § 2274.003 of SB 19 (87th leg.); and (e) governmental entity has determined that company is not a sole-source provider or governmental entity has not received any bids from a company that is able to provide this written verification, the following certification shall apply; otherwise, this certification is not required.   • Implementation of Agreement Each Party must promptly execute all documents and do all such acts and things as is necessary or desirable to implement and give full effect to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Accreditation of Public Schools and Adoption and Implementation of School Plans The District will implement a system of accrediting all of its schools, as described in section 22-11- 307, C.R.S., which may include measures specifically for those schools that have been designated as Alternative Education Campuses, in accordance with the provisions of 1 CCR 301-57. The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.
