Description of scenarios that are reasonably likely to occur resulting in a Trigger Event (lack of disinfection, bypass, power failure, overflow of lift stations that could impact the area, presence of a hazardous substance such as oil or gas, others) Bypass: An overflow bypass may occur when weather events result in effluent flow exceeding the capacity of the treatment facility. The surplus flow is screened and discharged over a xxxx into the bypass outfall which is located within a few meters of the main outfall. A bypass flow in excess of 50m3/d will impact shellfish resources in Ladysmith Harbour Power Failure: WWTP function is not affected by a power failure as it is gravity fed Disinfection: levels are maintained at the last setting during a power failure and may be manually adjusted by the operator as required. Lift Stations: have been designed with a 10 hr holding capacity and high level alarms. In the event of a power failure portable generators are used if required.

Description of scenarios that are reasonably likely to occur resulting in a trigger event (lack of disinfection, bypass, power failure, overflow of lift stations that could impact the area, presence of a hazardous substance such as oil or gas, others) Trigger events include, but are not limited to, the following conditions:  Any discharge of sewage from the FCPCC collection system pump station bypasses at Hall Road or Bay Avenue into the marine environment caused by conditions such as (but not limited to) a power failure, pump equipment failure, or very high rainfall intensity. Note: A bypass may be initiated by the RDN due to planned maintenance or due to an unplanned emergency response. A bypass of the system will result in some volume of raw sewage discharged to receiving waters. Efforts will be made to limit the occurrence of bypass events to times when the least impact will occur to shellfish harvesting. Where possible, advance notice of such events will be provided.

As a result of Executive’s employment by Company, Executive may also from time to time have access to, or knowledge of, Confidential Information or Work Product of third parties, such as customers, suppliers, partners, joint venturers, and the like, of Company and its affiliates. Executive also agrees to preserve and protect the confidentiality of such third party Confidential Information and Work Product to the same extent, and on the same basis, as Company’s Confidential Information and Work Product.

  • Distribution of Materials You will keep an accurate record of the names and addresses of all persons to whom you give copies of the Registration Statement, the Prospectus, any Preliminary Prospectus (or any amendment or supplement thereto) or any Offering Circular or any Preliminary Offering Circular and, when furnished with any subsequent amendment to the Registration Statement, any subsequent Prospectus, any subsequent Offering Circular or any memorandum outlining changes in the Registration Statement or any Prospectus or Offering Circular, you will, upon request of the Manager, promptly forward copies thereof to such persons.
