Description of Grantor's Property. Grantor is the owner of that certain land and premises in , County of , State of , by grant or conveyance described in the Public utility is unable or unwilling to use the above- described Access Easement, Grantor hereby agrees to grant an additional right-of-way, in form satisfactory to Crown, to Crown or at Crown’s request, directly to a public utility, at no cost and in a location acceptable to Crown (the “Additional Access Easement”). For any such Additional Access Easement to be effective, such easement shall be recorded among the Public Records of _ County, State of . Lender shall not be required to take any steps necessary to preserve any rights in the Collateral against prior parties, nor to protect, preserve or maintain any security interest given to secure the Indebtedness.
