Scope of the Project shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 2.1;
the Property means the Property more particularly described in Condition 2 of the Conditions of Sale (as defined in 1.6 below);
Improved Property means any property upon which there is erected a structure intended for continuous or periodic habitation, occupancy or use by human beings or animals and from which structure Sanitary Sewage and/or Industrial Wastes shall be or may be discharged.
the Land means the land on which the development would be carried out or, in relation to development already carried out, has been carried out;

(the “Company”), and ____________________ (the “Optionee”).
The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.
Project means specific activities of the Grantee that are supported by funds provided under this Contract.
The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.
The Properties means and refer to all such existing properties, and additions thereto, as are subject to this Declaration or any Supplemental Declaration under the provisions of Article II, hereof.
Existing Property means property proscribed from becoming Economic Development Property pursuant to Section 00-00-000 of the Code, including, without limitation, property which has been subject to ad valorem taxes in the State prior to the execution and delivery of this Agreement and property included in the Project as part of the repair, alteration, or modification of such previously taxed property; provided, however, that Existing Property shall not include: (a) property acquired or constructed by the Company or members of the Controlled Group during the Investment Period which has not been placed in service in this State prior to the Investment Period notwithstanding that ad valorem taxes have heretofore been paid with respect to such property; or (b) modifications which constitute an expansion of Existing Property.
Agricultural property means property that is used primarily for agricultural purposes but excludes any portion thereof that is used commercially for the hospitality of guests, and excludes the use of the property for the purpose of eco-tourism or for the trading hunting of game. The definition includes agricultural properties used for subsistence farming.
Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.
Scheme Property means the property of the Company required under the FCA Rules to be given for safe-keeping to the Depositary.
Residential property means a property included in the valuation roll in terms of Section 48(2)(b) of the Property Rates Act 2004 as residential.
Redevelopment means the construction, erection or placing of one or more buildings or structures on land where all or part of a building or structure has previously been demolished on such land or changing the use from a residential to non-residential use or from a non-residential to residential use or from one residential use to another form of residential use.
Adjoining Property means all sidewalks, driveways, curbs, gores and vault spaces adjoining any of the Leased Premises.
Property, Plant and Equipment means any item of real property, or any interest therein, buildings, improvements and machinery.
farm building means that part of a bona fide farming operation encompassing barns, silos and other ancillary development to an agricultural use, but excluding a residential use;
Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.
Redevelopment Property means any real property that operates or is intended to operate as an Income Property (1) that is designated by the Company as a “Redevelopment Property”, (2)(A)(i) that has been acquired by the Company or its Restricted Subsidiaries with a view toward renovating or rehabilitating such real property at an aggregate anticipated cost of at least 10% of the acquisition cost thereof and such renovation or rehabilitation is expected to disrupt the occupancy of at least 30% of the square footage of such property or (ii) that the Company or its Restricted Subsidiaries intends to renovate or rehabilitate at an aggregate anticipated cost in excess of 10% of the Adjusted Total Assets consisting of or related to such real property immediately prior to such renovation or rehabilitation and such renovation or rehabilitation is expected to temporarily reduce the Consolidated EBITDA attributable to such property by at least 30% as compared to the immediately preceding comparable prior period and (B) with respect to which the Company or its Restricted Subsidiaries thereof have entered into a binding construction contract or construction has commenced and (3) that does not qualify as a “Development Property.” Each Redevelopment Property shall continue to be classified as a Redevelopment Property under this Indenture until the Company reclassifies such Property as an Income Property for purposes of this Indenture, upon and after which such property shall be classified as an Income Property under this Indenture.
Company Properties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.11(a).
Historic property means any prehistoric or historic site, district, building, object, or other real or personal property of historical, architectural, or archaeological value, and folklife resources. These properties or resources may include, but are not limited to, monuments, memorials, Indian habitations, ceremonial sites, abandoned settlements, sunken or abandoned ships, engineering works, treasure trove, artifacts, or other objects with intrinsic historical or archaeological value, or any part thereof, relating to the history, government, and culture of Florida.
Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.
Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.
Leased Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.
Substantial rehabilitation means, with respect to the SAIL Program, to bring a Development back to its original state with added improvements, where the value of such repairs or improvements (excluding the costs of acquiring or moving a structure) exceeds 40 percent of the appraised as is value (excluding land) of such Development before repair and less than 50 percent of the proposed construction work consists of new construction. For purposes of this definition, the value of the repairs or improvements means the Development Cost. To be considered “Substantial Rehabilitation,” there must be at least the foundations remaining from the previous structures, suitable to support the proposed construction.
