Department Issued Badges. Only employees classified under the Hazardous Duty Retirement Bill and Executive staff shall be issued and allowed to display badges while on duty or in an official capacity. Badges for all employees shall be silver in color and include the title of the individual. Uniformed staff shall wear the badge on the uniform shirt above the left pocket. Authorized non- uniformed employees may wear the badge on their belt only.
