Department Coordinator Qualifications. 16.3.2.1 A person who serves as a department coordinator shall be a tenured Unit Member who is regularly assigned the highest percentage of his/her regular contract workload within the department, and shall possess such qualification as may be required by any accrediting body or agency to which the department is subject. Overload assignments are not a factor in determining the highest percentage of load.

Department Coordinator Qualifications. 16.3.3.1 The xxxx of the division shall solicit written nominations for the position of department coordinator from the department faculty and prepare an electronic ballot therefrom. A nomination will not be valid unless it is signed by the nominee as an indication that the nominee is willing to serve if elected. The ballot, with any statements submitted by the nominees, shall be delivered by e-mail to the official campus e-mail addresses of the Unit Members eligible to vote. Eligible Unit Members shall have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the ballot is delivered to submit their votes by e-mail to the xxxx of the division.

  • Personnel Qualifications Contractor shall assign properly qualified and experienced personnel to the program contemplated under this Agreement, and Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to retain such personnel on Customer’s program for the duration of such program.

If Contractor is awarded Lot 1 as a New York State Certified Minority- or Women- Owned Business Enterprise or as a New York State Small Business, Contractor agrees that it must retain at least one of such statuses to retain its Lot 1 award. Should a Contractor no longer retain at least one of such statuses, OGS shall suspend its Lot 1 award and the Contractor shall not be able to respond to Authorized User’s requests. If the Contractor fails to regain at least one of the statuses within 90 calendar days and provide OGS with documentation of such status, then its Lot 1 award shall be terminated. Any transaction awarded prior to Contractor’s loss of such statuses may continue until completion, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with this Contract. Lot 1– For projects up to $200,000 total Eligibility for this Lot is limited to the following:  Contractor is a New York State Certified Minority- or Women-Owned Business Enterprise; or  Contractor meets the definition of a New York State Small Business which is as follows: o A business which is resident in New York State, independently owned and operated, not dominant in its field and employs one hundred or less persons (see State Finance Law section 160(8)).

  • Driver Qualifications All drivers shall be trained and qualified in the operation of collection vehicles, and must have in effect a valid license, of the appropriate class, issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles. Contractor shall use the Class II California Department of Motor Vehicles employer “Pull Notice Program” to monitor its drivers for safety.

  • General Qualifications General qualifications commonly required of all candidates for, appointees to, and employees in the classified service such as integrity, honesty, sobriety, dependability, industry, thoroughness, accuracy, good judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, courtesy, ability to work cooperatively with others, good health, and freedom from disabling defects, shall be deemed to be a part of the personal characteristics of the minimum qualifications of each class specification and need not be specifically set forth therein.   • PERFORMANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS The Commissioner reserves the right to investigate or inspect at any time whether or not the Product, services, qualifications or facilities offered by the Bidder/Contractor meet the requirements set forth in the Bid Specifications/Contract or as set forth during Contract negotiations. If the Commissioner determines that the conditions and terms of the Bid Documents, Bid Specifications or Contract are not complied with, or that items, services or Product proposed to be furnished do not meet the specified requirements, or that the legal authority, integrity experience, ability, prior performance, organization and financial capacity or facilities are not satisfactory, the Commissioner may reject such Bid or terminate the Contract.

  • Department Review If a mutually acceptable solution has not been reached during Step 1, and the employee intends to pursue the grievance formally, the employee shall submit the grievance in writing on the Employee Grievance Resolution Form to the Department Head with a copy to the Labor Relations Division not later than ten (10) working days after the supervisor’s written response. The Department Head shall consider the grievance and render a written decision within ten (10) working days of receipt of the formal grievance. The written decision shall include a clear and concise statement including the reason(s) for the decision. The Department Head may hold a meeting with the employee to achieve any of the following purposes: 1) to identify why the employee feels there is a grievance and facilitate communication and resolution; 2) to clearly identify issues and areas of agreement/disagreement; and 3) to have the parties present whatever available information/ documentation necessary to fully attempt to resolve the grievance. The employee may be accompanied by his/her shop xxxxxxx during the Department Review, provided that the xxxxxxx is in the same department as the employee, and has been identified by the employee on the Employee Grievance Resolution Form. If the department, in consultation with the Labor Relations Division, determines that the grievance is outside of the Department Head’s authority, or the grievance involves employees working in separate departments, then such grievance shall be submitted to Step 3.
