Common use of Dental Insurance Clause in Contracts

Dental Insurance. The School District shall contribute a sum of not to exceed $23.85 per month toward the premium for single coverage, and $66.70 per month toward the premium for dependent coverage, for each eligible employee who qualifies for and is enrolled in a single or family School District group dental plan.

Dental Insurance. Any additional cost of the premium shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction.

The School District shall will contribute a the sum of up to $720 not to exceed $23.85 the single monthly premium for single coverage per month year for the 2021-2023 fiscal year contract periods toward the premium cost for single coverage, and $66.70 per month toward the premium for dependent coverage, individual coverage for each eligible employee principal employed by the School District who qualifies for and is enrolled in a single or family the School District group dental plan.

Dental Insurance. The School District shall contribute a sum of not to exceed $23.85 23 per month toward the premium for single coverage, and $66.70 per month toward the premium for dependent coverage, dental insurance for each eligible employee who qualifies for and is enrolled in a single or family the School District group dental planplan and working for 2,080 assigned hours, ( less than 2080 prorated by the total assigned hours/2080). Any additional cost of the program shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction.
