Delivery of Purchased Loan Documents. Seller shall deliver to Buyer: (x) with respect to any New Loan that is a Pre-Existing Loan, copies of the Purchased Loan Documents, except for such Purchased Loan Documents that Seller expressly and specifically disclosed in Seller’s Preliminary Due Diligence Package were not in Seller’s possession; and (y) with respect to any New Loan that is an Originated Loan, drafts of the Purchased Loan Documents.
Delivery of Purchased Loan Documents. Seller shall deliver to Buyer: (i) with respect to New Collateral that is Pre-Existing Collateral, each of the Purchased Loan Documents, except Purchased Loan Documents that Seller expressly and specifically disclosed in Seller’s Preliminary Due Diligence Package were not in Seller’s possession; and (ii) with respect to New Collateral that is Originated Collateral, each of the Purchased Loan Documents.
Delivery of Purchased Loan Documents. Buyer shall have received, reviewed and approved each of the Purchased Loan Documents (including for any Senior Interest, the Senior Interest Documents), except Purchased Loan Documents that Seller expressly and specifically disclosed in the Diligence Materials were not in Seller’s possession;
Delivery of Purchased Loan Documents. The applicable Seller shall deliver to Custodian the Purchased Loan Documents (with an electronic copy thereof to Repo Agent), together with the related Custodial Delivery Certificate (with a copy to Repo Agent), as described in Section 7(b).
Delivery of Purchased Loan Documents. Seller shall deliver to the Buyer Agent: (i) with respect to any New Asset that is a Preexisting Loan, each of the Purchased Loan Documents, except Purchased Loan Documents that Seller expressly and specifically disclosed in Seller's Preliminary Due Diligence Package were not in Seller's possession; and (ii) with respect to any New Asset that is an Originated Loan, each of the Purchased Loan Documents.
