Appraisal. The Mortgage File contains an appraisal of the related Mortgaged Property with an appraisal date within 6 months of the Mortgage Loan origination date, and within 12 months of the Cut-off Date. The appraisal is signed by an appraiser that (i) was engaged directly by the originator of the Mortgage Loan or the Mortgage Loan Seller, or a correspondent or agent of the originator of the Mortgage Loan or the Mortgage Loan Seller, and (ii) to the Mortgage Loan Seller’s knowledge, had no interest, direct or indirect, in the Mortgaged Property or the Mortgagor or in any loan made on the security thereof, and whose compensation is not affected by the approval or disapproval of the Mortgage Loan. Each appraiser has represented in such appraisal or in a supplemental letter that the appraisal satisfies the requirements of theUniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice” as adopted by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.

Appraisal. Buyer’s performance under this Agreement: (check one) ☐ - Shall not be contingent upon the appraisal of the Property being equal to or greater than the agreed upon Purchase Price. ☐ - Shall be contingent upon the appraisal of the Property being equal to or greater than the agreed upon Purchase Price. Appraisal. If you and we fail to agree on the amount of loss, either may demand an appraisal of the loss. In this event, each party will choose a competent and im- partial appraiser within 20 days after receiving a written request from the other. The two appraisers will choose an umpire. If they cannot agree upon an umpire within 15 days, you or we may request that the choice be made by a judge of a court of record in the state where the "residence premises" is located. The appraisers will separately set the amount of loss. If the appraisers submit a written report of an agreement to us, the amount agreed upon will be the amount of loss.
