No Mortgagor was a debtor in any state or federal bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding at the time the Mortgage Loan was originated and as of the related Closing Date, the Company has not received notice that any Mortgagor is a debtor under any state or federal bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding;
No Bankruptcy. Developer is not now nor has it ever been in bankruptcy or receivership.
No Bankruptcy. As of the Cutoff Date, the Sponsor’s receivables systems do not indicate that the Obligor on the Receivable is a debtor in a bankruptcy proceeding.

Neither AUGI nor its subsidiaries have made any voluntary assignment or proposal under applicable laws relating to insolvency and bankruptcy and no bankruptcy petition has been filed or presented against AUGI or its subsidiaries and no order has been made or a resolution passed for the winding-up, dissolution or liquidation of AUGI or its subsidiaries;

The Company has not made any voluntary assignment or proposal under applicable laws relating to insolvency and bankruptcy and no bankruptcy petition has been filed or presented against the Company and no order has been made or a resolution passed for the winding-up, dissolution or liquidation of the Company;

Seller has not made a general assignment for the benefit of creditors, filed any voluntary petition in bankruptcy or suffered the filing of an involuntary petition by Seller’s creditors, suffered the appointment of a receiver to take possession of any of Seller’s assets, suffered the attachment or other judicial seizure of any of Seller’s assets, admitted in writing its inability to pay its debts as they come due or made an offer of settlement, extension or composition to its creditors generally.
No Bankruptcy. There has not been any petition or application filed, or any judicial or administrative proceeding commenced which has not been discharged, by or against the Company or any Subsidiary or with respect to any of the properties or assets of Company or any Subsidiary under any applicable law relating to bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, fraudulent transfer, compromise, arrangement of debt, creditors’ rights and no assignment has been made by the Company or any Subsidiary for the benefit of creditors.

No petition in bankruptcy (voluntary or otherwise), attachment, execution proceeding, assignment for the benefit of creditors, or petition seeking reorganization or insolvency, arrangement or other action or proceeding under federal or state bankruptcy law is pending against or contemplated (or, to buyer’s knowledge, threatened) by or against Buyer or any general partner or managing member of Buyer.
