Preliminary Due Diligence Package definition

Preliminary Due Diligence Package means, with respect to any New Asset, the following due diligence information, to the extent applicable and to the extent in the possession of Seller or otherwise available, relating to such New Asset to be provided by Seller to Buyer pursuant to this Agreement:
